Having utilized SOS's services since 1999, when we made a decision to replace our Practice Management system in late 2003, my first call was to SOS for their expertise. SOS was our partner during the transition: Their team came in on a Friday night and spent the entire weekend at our office. They had to completely change out 30 workstations, delete the hard drives on the old hardware, install the new hardware, and have us up and running by Monday morning so that we could take care of our patients. What a joy to walk in on Monday and just start to work. Our motto around here is: "Call SOS"! They always know what to do.

We have used SOS since early 1999 and have never been disappointed in any way with their services. I have worked with quite a few outside IT consultants and have never dealt with one as accommodating, prompt, and knowledgeable as SOS. Most are very distant and I had to learn to do a lot of things myself just to get users up and running, but SOS tends to be extremely quick to react to even minor problems. Their solutions tend to be quality solutions that provide a more permanent fix to problems and don't resort to "band-aids."

My firm has been working with Solutions Oriented Systems since I became the office administrator here in 1999. When I took this job, the firm was using a different support organization and was having a myriad of problems with their PC's and the Network. SOS consultants came in to our office to evaluate our system, and within a day or two gave us written advice on what needed to be done. I was able to present this information to the partners, so that we could make a decision on a new computer system. SOS helped us implement their advice over a holiday weekend so we had minimal downtime. Since that time our computers run great and we rarely have problems -- this is going on 5 years later!! I've worked with Solutions Oriented Systems for computer technical support since 1994. I have a simple reason for using them as my technical support: when they fix something it stays fixed and nothing else gets broken in the fixing process. I have found them extraordinarily talented on a wide range of technical computer issues, excellent in an advisory capacity, and always responsive to my emergent and non-emergent computer issues. I have also had occasion to work with other technical support providers at times and have found that no one meets the standards that Solutions Oriented Systems sets. Frankly, their fees for the quality of service and expertise they provide are too low and as odd as it may seem, I told them to raise their rates. I have been in the business world for over thirty years. There are very few vendors I could recommend as highly as I am pleased to recommend Solutions Oriented Systems. You can't do better than SOS!
